Jim Lee is a man that barely needs an introduction. One of the most popular artists of the late 80's and early 90's through today, his initial rose to fame came in the pages of Uncanny X-Men for Marvel. That was the beginning of a long and prosperous career that saw him leave Marvel to start his own imprint for Image Comics, called Wildstorm, that featured his creator-owned titled WildC.A.T.S. among others.
Eventually, Lee moved to an editorial position and Wildstorm expanded and started publishing a wider variety of series, and the imprint was acquired by DC. This eventually led to Lee's most recent artistic works with DC's most iconic characters such as Superman and Batman, which included a popular collaboration with Frank Miller in the pages of All-Star Batman and Robin.
