Grant Morrison's Vision for Batman, Inc

SDCC 2010 is off to a bang and Grant Morrison opened up to IGN Comics about what Batman, Inc., the just announced new title he will be writing post-Return of Bruce Wayne, would be about and more.  I don't know about you, but this interview was AMAZING.  Easily one of my favourite interviews from a creator ever and the above quote has me quite jazzed for Batman, Inc.  Having Morrison talk video games and being all casual while discussing the concept for this was just fun to read.  Make sure you hit up the link for more and feel free to discuss it or Batman, Inc. in the comments below.

In Pullquotes, we present a quote and related imagery, to provide a source of discussion and/or thought among our readers. Feel free to comment on the above image.

Is that image confirmation that there will be two Batmen running around post-Return of Bruce Wayne?

It's the cover to Batman & Robin #16, Grants' last issue on the book and a likely indicator Bruce returns.

I guess I'm a perv, but I can't help but look at Damian and Dick in this cover in *that* position and think that this is the kind of thing that Frederick Wertham had nightmares about.

@Matt haha that was the first thing I thought of too. Awkward.

This interview was full of all kinds of awesome. While Morrison's work hasn't been great all the time, I've mostly enjoyed the ride. No matter what his detractors say, I think the man really does love the character, and it shows in interviews like this one. I look forward to seeing him bring Bruce Wayne back to Batman.

Morrison always get me hyped in his interviews, and unlike fellow Scottish comic book writer Millar, he actually delivers! Two more years of Morrison's Batepic? Sign me the hell up.

Two more years of Morrison on Batman? Meh. That's gonna be a long wait for me.

Just when I thought Morrison was off the Batbooks for good, he announces Batman inc. Lame.

I, for one, have really enjoyed Grant Morrison's take on Batman, all the way back to his JLA days. However, with Dick as Batman, there isn't much in the way of "traditional" Batman tales out their right now to counterbalance Morrison's vision with.

I could stay perfectly interested in Morrison's work if Dini was doing some kind of "Batman: Classic" title.
